What is 24hr refund guarantee?
We understand that property listings are fast moving, to protect customer interest post purcahse we offer a 24 hr refund window. If property is already rented or sold , you can raise a request ,we will cross check claim and process refund , if applicable.
In how many days i can expect refund after request?
We process refund within 24 hrs post claim validation. Our best efforts are to process within same day however due to operational check it might tale 1-2 days. Ex: We receive request on Monday and claim was validated on Tuesday , you will receive refund by Wednesday.
How do i know if a property is uploaded by broker or Owner ?
We mention it clearly under details section of property listing ,please make sure you have checked it before placing your order.
How much brokerage you charge in DIY plan?
RentooBuy.in does not charge any brokerage in DIY plans however if a broker has uploaded the property he might ask you for brokerage, please clarify upfront.
Why 99 -199 charge in DIY plan?
This charge is exactly what we pay for sourcing, listing upload , maintenance and server/website for each property. It helps us to provide high quality data to customers.
Why we have custom broker plans?
Custom Broker Plans are for high rental commercial and residential properties. The main objective is to save time for client and provide professional advice in property selection and ensure proper legal documentation
What happens if property cant be finalized under custom plan?
We understand sometimes properties are not available according to client preference at the moment, in this case we deduct visitation charges which is 199rs /property visit and refund rest to the client from 4999 advance we have received.
When a refund is not issued?
In DIY plan if:
- The property is available for rent/purchase after buying contact.
- Conversation regarding property happened with owner /broker.
- If for above 2 answer is Yes then no refund will be issued.
- Incase the answer is NO – customer has to report us within 24 hrs, then team will take it on case by case basis.
- We value our customers these rules are for general guidance and we are always happy to make an exception for a genuine customer concern.
- DIY product main goal is to make sure we provide available properties and customers should be able to talk to owners/ real estate service providers.
